UREI LA-3A Compressor / Limiter

This unit was given to me (thank you!) in non-functioning condition. The meter glass and bezel were broken, and the chassis had multiple holes drilled in it (to accommodate wires going in and out). Inside, transistors were blown, and the wiring had mistakes made by techs fiddling with it over the years. I thought the TB4 module would need to be replaced, but thankfully it was alright.
